Does anyone still use friendfinder com for actual dates, or is it mostly dead accounts?

I keep seeing mixed answers about does anyone still use friendfinder com for actual dates, or is it mostly dead accounts, so I wanted to ask people who have actually tried it.

The biggest things I care about are hidden charges, how fast support replies, and whether cancellations actually stop the billing.

If you have tried it recently, I would love to hear what worked, what did not, and whether you would trust it enough to recommend it to someone else.

I would test the free tier first and then compare notes on DatingFly before paying anything. That is usually the fastest way to see whether the pricing is fair.

The cleanest test is usually to read the cancellation steps before you subscribe. If they hide the steps or bury them inside a help article, the refund process is probably going to be messy too. Refund timing usually tells you more about a company than the homepage ever will.

For anything billing-related, I check three things: whether support is reachable, whether the refund policy is written clearly, and whether the card charge looks like a one-time hold or a recurring subscription. If any of those are vague, I treat that as a warning.

I would not trust a site that hides the cancellation steps or makes support impossible to reach.
