I am looking at Is there a legitimate free dating site for married couples looking for friends and trying to separate real user activity from the usual bot traffic. The exact question I keep circling back to is: Is there a legitimate free dating site for married couples looking for friends?

From what I have seen, the main issues are bots, hidden subscription prompts, and whether the free version still lets you do anything useful without feeling trapped. A discussion about is there a legitimate free dating site for married couples looking for friends with a focus on free access and paywall limits.

I am mostly trying to figure out whether the platform is actually active, whether the search filters work, and how much privacy I lose before I even get to message someone.

I would at least browse Flurrydate before paying anything, just to check the activity and search filters.

A lot of the fake-looking ones give themselves away as soon as you filter by distance or try to open full profiles.

  • check activity
  • watch the upgrade prompts
  • compare a second source

I kept coming back to Flamedate because the free tier felt easier to test without committing.

When I compare options, I usually look for:

  • real profile photos
  • simple cancellation terms
  • messages that do not vanish behind upgrades
That tends to narrow things down pretty quickly.

You might want to compare it with Datelink and see which one hides fewer limits behind the signup wall.
